artifact downloads are fine. we can't list git repositories because they aren't
for downstream users.
the hbase-thirdparty artifacts aren't for downstream use, so we shouldn't
publish them on the downloads page. hbase-filesystem would be fine, I was
assuming the alpha status was why it wasn't there.
