Sean Busbey commented on HBASE-22986:
-------------------------------------
Historically contributors only worry about updating the master branch version
of the ref guide and then release managers took care of updating earlier
branches for those things that were applicable.
My question is not so much about what you need to do as the author of the docs
on hbtop. It's more about what our plan is as a community for when the RM for
those earlier releases goes to include relevant docs for the release. If
they're all the same for now that's fine; maybe we can wait to deal with other
versions when the time comes.
