The v0 patch fixes all links I found (using `rg` command) in both code and book
to Hadoop wiki. One page about decommissioning DataNodes was missing in Hadoop
wiki in old&new wiki, so I replaced with HDFS official site doc. Another link
in code about lzo compression was stated clearly out-of-date in Hadoop wiki,
and I replaced with the lzo link to book.
