Here's a staged repository with the missing modules (11 AFAICT) all built from
the tag {{rel/2.2.2}}:

nexus artifacts are not officially a part of ASF releases, so these should be
fine to go out as-is. I'll send a heads up to the PMC; would like a +1 before
promoting the repository to released.
