[~ndimiduk] Sorry, I was way for a few days. Just catching up with the emails.
I did see {{MetaTableLocator}}. It seems more like a bunch of static utils and
there is no state around them (especially watchers etc). That is the reason I
implemented the cache separately. How do you think this could be used here?
