On the pasted snippet, I do not think it relates to the new feature? The SCP
just consider the log splitting directory as empty and delete it, we have not
even reached the 'split to HFile' code...
Mind uploading more logs here? I think [~zghao] has already ported the patch to
our internal branch-2 based branch and tested the feature?
