[~stack] Size difference has been one obstacle behind completion of this task.
Since GetClosest is deprecated some time back, I didn’t spend much time and
commented the test in the patch. Reg other test failures, I tried considering
other encodings to see diffs and almost they were failing for few others.
However, I don’t recall reason behind TestProcedurePriority failure, jenkins
link is also expired. Let me spend some time on this next week may be?
