Pushed to branch-2, branch-2.2 and branch-2.1. branch-2.1 does not include all
of the reflection removals as it is on Hadoop 2.7.7 and 2.8.5 is necessary to
remove all of the reflections (namely {{setStoragePolicy}} is not available in
2.7.7).
