So there's some bit-rot happening here.
* {{dev-support/Dockerfile}} doesn't build for me
* {{dev-support/apache_hbase_topology/Dockerfile}} no longer exists on master
* {{dev-support/hbase_docker/Dockerfile}} doesn't build for me.
