[~stack] No... it's still about 3 hours.
Looking at https://builds.apache.org/job/HBase%20Nightly/job/branch-2/2540/,
looks like the JDK11 stage got stuck in its unit tests, Jenkins's timeout
eventually caught it...
Looks like H12 had a real bad day, both OOM and bad disks reported --
