Since a lot of these issues are around metrics, it would be nice to take a pass
and update the doc as appropriate.
For a release note, these fixes have sprinkled in through a number of releases,
so I don't think a single note really applies. More like, it's a shame to have
these nice fixes "hidden" as Sub-Tasks -- our reporting structure doesn't do a
good job of calling out this issue type in release notes. Many of them should
have been labeled as "Improvement" or "New Feature" in order to get the
operator attention they deserve.
