Sure, a detailed release note is on me.
I still don't see why we should put 2.3.0 fix version for this jira though.
While the commit landed, the core of it (which is enabling the feature by
default) was reverted. Without that, it's just the test plumbing that was
added. I'm fine with whatever the RM decides.
