In HBaseAdmin

throws IOException, InterruptedException {
split(Bytes.toBytes(tableNameOrRegionName)); // string -> byte
}
In HRegionInfo
this.regionNameStr = Bytes.toStringBinary(this.regionName); // byte -> string
Should we use Bytes.toBytesBinary in HBaseAdmin ？
