Not sure how others feel, and I don’t wish to be intentionally hostile to
another Apache project, but what Ranger wants of these internal interfaces is
not our concern. AccessController is an artifact of internal implementation not
a public API. We can make a public API here but, like when we made Region out
of HRegion for Phoenix, there will be new intentional design choices and
refractors to work through in order to achieve that goal.
