I am thinking of having a cron which can run every 10 min and whatever slow records are present in in-memory ring buffer, those should be put in table together. The downside is we might miss some records, the upside is we might not have to worry about slow system blocking the new system table inserts, at least after 10 min we expect system to be in better state.
