[~ndimiduk] Mind linking the specific PR?
I probably misinterpreted this statement on the wiki page "Metadata settings
(repo settings, features, labels,) are not branch-dependent, and should exist
in the master branch.", I thought 'repo settings' included the notifications. I
can try committing another minimal yaml config to the active branches to
activate PR linking..
