No, until we have a testing harness for down streamers that is {{IA.Public}},
I'm afraid we need to treat these classes under {{src/test}} as our public API.
At least that's the situation as I understand it, and it's terrible. We should
have a discussion on the dev list, I don't recall having one recently.
