Description:
For HBase doc section "*HBase API Surface*", doc references for Apache Yetus
InterfaceAudience 0.5.0 are outdated and no longer available:
[https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/0.5.0/interface-classification/]
InterfaceAudience APIs are quite stable and hence, we can update our doc links
to point to
[https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/in-progress/interface-classification/]
instead of version specific API doc.

Since we are not using upgraded versions of Yetus so far, we can specifically
provide link reference with version as placeholder e.g
[https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/${version}/interface-classification/|https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/$%7Bversion%7D/interface-classification/]
(0.12.0 link:
[https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/0.12.0/interface-classification/]) so
that users can read docs by manually replacing version.
