I was wondering what is the 'Daylight Saving Time', and before I opened google
translate, I realized that, it is '夏令时'...
When I was young, China also made use of it but it caused a lot of trouble and
did not save much power actually, so it was stopped later...
OK, this is a nasty problem, though...
