In software projects sometimes the biggest bugs aren't in the code but in
relationships, as well as possibly the most difficult to debug. Collaboration
on this jira has failed and does not seem possible which is quite unfortunate.
Based on my understanding of the discussions on this jira and in the docs it
seems the root as a table approach has merit hence in the interest of letting
the community decide what's best I will continue to work on this patch. I will
be happy to continue objective discussions whether it is towards improving the
patch or arguing against it.
