Li, if you want to undertake this I'll help. Let's chat and then write a
one-two page summary of what our goals are, what our assumptions are, and what
our intended mechanisms are, how we are going to test this and then loopback
here with a design/plan to get feedback..
Another "feature" that may come into play also is the HLog compression.
