The failure of TestAsyncAdminXXX is related, it is because the backup master needs sometime to do the first sync and in the tests, we set client retry number to 2 so the request will fail in about 500ms. I removed the retry number setting. Let's see if it works. And on TestReplicationSource, I do not think it is related.
