Interesting, the old version of TestImportExport against hadoop 1.0 (before my
previous attempt) used the LocalMRRunner instead of the RPC to the
MiniMRCluster. TestImportTsv always uses the RPC/MiniMRCluster.
Use of the localmrrunner when miniMRcluster is spun up seems wrong. I'm going
to force usage of the minimrcluster/rpc/runner in TestImportExport.
