Downgraded severity to minor. Analyzed nits have been addressed by subtasks.
Looking now for an issue preventing CatalogJanitor from cleaning split parents.
I think it is just compaction lagging during an ingest test so daughters will
have references usually and so parent cannot be cleaned. Will close this out if
it is all that is going on. If there is a CatalogJanitor or reference file
issue I'll address it in another subtask.
