Upload a flamegragh when running TestStochasticLoadBalancerLargeCluster.
Basically, you can see that the most time consuming methods are all for
computing region load, as for a large cluster we have lots of regions, so in
general this is expected...
Will see if we could speed up but I'm afraid it is not easy...
