[~GeorryHuang] Would you also like to work on providing slow/large logs on
RegionServer UI (similar to balancer decision/rejection on master UI)? Nothing
urgent though.
FYI [~apurtell] [~bharathv] [~dmanning] you might also be interested. Balancer
positive decisions as well as rejections that are inserted to in-memory queues
(using NamedQueue framework) at master side, will now be visible on UI as well
with good structure (in addition to shell command).
