Note: this PR fixes things to build, but only against 3.3.1, which is an RC. So: not ready for merge. And it doesn't have a story for the fact the changes won't build on hadoop < 3.3.1. Really 1. there will need to be separate source branches for the mock clients; the rest of the test suite can be shared. 2. changes in the s3a semantics related to rename() mean that there'll need to be a different s3a.xml too -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
