Let me re-run the [performance evaluation from HBASE-26259 ](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-26259?focusedCommentId=17422934&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-17422934) but with synthetic small value data and compare speed and efficiency with precomputed dictionary vs without.
