Oh, there is a problem that, java 7 is default to TLSv1 but the asf nexus only
supports TLSv1.2 now. I tried to add "-Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2" but it only
works when downloading but when uploading, it still fails with protocol_version.
Digging... It is really a pain to make release based on java 7...
