bq. IMO, its no use in restricting ADMIN from READ/WRITE.

Though ADMIN can allow someone to grant themselves READ and/or WRITE 
permission, ADMIN should be a bit that allows DDL and table management ops, 
nothing to do with READ or WRITE permission. You raise a valid point Laxman but 
it's a documentation issue IMHO.
