I've noticed that the beanshell rule run by our configuration of the enforcer
plugin will sometimes cause build failures when I run maven with {{-T1.0C}}. It
seems that this is a known issue (MENFORCER-336) that has been fixed in a later
version of the plugin. Let's upgrade.
