I removed the old one
hbase-server/src/main/resources/hbase-webapps/static/hbase_logo_med.gif
and copied the logo from the site to
src/site/resources/images/hbase_logo.png -->
hbase-server/src/main/resources/hbase-webapps/static/hbase_logo.png
