Draft PR implemented on top of #4106 . I cannot find the place where `AbstractRpcClient` is invoked from the call path through `TableOverAsyncTable#coprocessorService`, which means the span created by `IpcClientSpanBuilder` is not properly in the hierarchy. @Apache9 , any suggestions? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
