{{RpcExecutor}}, an abstract base class, is marked as {{IA.Private}}. However,
it has several subclasses that are marked as {{IA.LimitedPrivate(COPROC,
PHOENIX)}}. I think that the base class needs to match the highest exposure
level of any of its subclasses.
