Description:
TEstImportExport test cases does not run in trunk when compiled with hadoop 2.0
was:
The MR related testcases are failing in hadoop-2.0. The resource manager
scheduler is not getting spawned.
The following fix solves the problem. If you feel it is ok, I can submit as
patch and commit.
