As of CheckStyle-IDEA 5.67.2, it seems a symlink of this configuration file
from {{dev-support}} to {{.idea}} is not supported. If we're going to continue
to maintain this configuration file in the repository, we'll have to instruct
devs to copy it over from {{dev-support}}. Not great.
