Another question is: Do we need to disable the table during a restore?
Can we disable just some region servers? only the one that have changes?
Probably you're restoring due to a "corruption" (I've accidentaly deleted from
row X to row Y)
Some applications can tolerate that data is missing or "bad", some other can
not.
