Environment: The MobUtils#removeMobFiles reused codes in
HFileArchiver#archiveStoreFiles, which is used to archive compacted files on
RSes under normal conditions. In HFileArchiver#archiveStoreFiles, store files
are closed and removed, while MOB cleaner should only rename the expired files
and no need to build new HStoreFile object before archive and close it after
removed.
