Let's get back to this. For me, I do not think adding WAL attributes to mutation directly is the correct way to deal with this. Even introducing a flag seems weird, Maybe we could add coprocessor support or add new type of filter for ReplicationSink, so Phoenix could add the special logic by your own, i.e, adding the WAL attributes to mutation.
