As discussed in the

like to make HBase workloads possible on Ozone.
This features is to be built on top of
# HDDS-7593 (support hsync and lease recovery in Ozone), and
# HADOOP-18671 (Add recoverLease(), setSafeMode(), isFileClosed() APIs to
FileSystem).
