OK, it is unnecessary to add other mechanisms to unify these two blocks.We can
add comments to these two blocks to remind future submitters that they need to
modify both blocks at the same time.
[~zhangduo] Can HBASE-25058 HBASE-27510 chery-pick to branch-2.4? Or I resubmit
a new PR?
Do I need to reopen a PR to unify the contents of these two blocks and add some
comments?
