Task 1 and 2 of this Jira are completed:
* As a 1st step will try to add a plugin to run spotless check via maven
* Next will fix all spotless issues as part of same task or another (as
community suggests)
For task 3, could someone be able to give some pointers on how this can be
added to pre-commit? I am not much familiar with jenkins and static checks in
build. Any refs would be useful.
