Hello [~bbeaudreault] , just stumbled upon this doc, it is really nice. I had
difficulties figuring out the process by watching others; as could not find any
consolidated doc on same. This doc would be very helpful for new committers as
it captures the details very crisply. Please see if this could get in soon.
