HBaseContext.bulkLoad throws IllegalArgumentException for bloom type set to 
ROWPREFIX_FIXED_LENGTH in FamilyHFileWriteOptions as the key 
"RowPrefixBloomFilter.prefix_length" is not set in Configuration.
