Fix Version/s: (was: 0.92.2)
Committed against 0.94.
0.92 does not even have a 0.24 profile, so it's not immediately clear whther
the new profile is all that is needed.
(In 0.94 I validated before that I can build and run HBase against Hadoop-2)
