WALEdit is LimitedPrivate for REPLICATION and COPROC while ExtendedCell is, I
believe Private by design. In particular, replication endpoint plugins / custom
WALEntryFilters need to be able to work with the WALEdit, not just the WALKey.
Will this cleanup affect those operations?
