This problem affects hbase.version less than 2.6, meanwhile hbase must be
compatibel with hadoop 3. While hdfs storage system based on
hadoop.version >= 3.3.3.
Hbase version 2.6`s hadoop-three.version is hadoop 3.3.5.So solve the
problem By packaging the hbase version 2.6 using the way of "mvn package
-P hadoop-3.0"
