Updated patch.
* performs cleanup when a coprocessor is blacklisted
* changed shared map name to "sharedData"
* change shareData API to ConcurrentMap (rather than just Map) to set the right
expectation for a using CP (i.e. no synchronization needed, etc)
Should be good to go.
