bq. META table contains info:server and info:startCode as String and int
serialized with Bytes.toBytes(). Those are not converted to PB structures.
I'd think its fine to leave these as is and do them in another issue or later.
When we do migrate them, we should put them together in a new field,
info:servername or some such. They should never have been distinct. We could
pb then the combined column.
