Updated the latest patch at RB, and here. Also added the tgz file to go under
hbase-server/src/test/data/TestMetaMigrationConvertToPB.tgz
I've fixed the tests. TestMetaMigrationConvertingToPB cannot be run by jenkins
since the patch does not contain the binary tgz file. Javac warnings seems
unrelated, and there is no way to easily find findbugs warnings. I am not sure
the patch actually introduces one.
